You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. You must not use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

  1. Account Registration

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ON GRANTS:

  • FARM-LINK MARKET KE DOES NOT provide grants or funding directly.

  • We only link, guide, or connect interested members to third-party grant opportunities.

  • The decision to approve, reject, or fund any grant application is made solely by the grant provider and NOT by FARM-LINK MARKET KE.

  • FARM-LINK MARKET KE does not influence, guarantee, or assure the success of any grant application.

  1. Optional Grant Support

Registration for grant-related support is NOT mandatory.

  • Only members who are interested in grant opportunities will be assisted.

  • Members are free to use other services on the platform without applying for grants.

  • All grant-related services are optional and based on member interest.

  1. Fees, Payments, and Non-Refund Policy

a) Registration Fee
A one-time registration fee of Ksh 300 is required to activate membership on FARM-LINK MARKET KE.

b) Proposal Writing Fee
A proposal writing service fee of Ksh 500 applies to members who request proposal writing support.

c) Non-Refundable Policy

  • The registration fee of Ksh 300 is NON-REFUNDABLE once the service has been delivered or the account has been activated.

  • The proposal writing fee of Ksh 500 is NON-REFUNDABLE once the proposal writing service has been delivered, started, or shared with the member.

  • No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction arising from third-party decisions, including grant approvals or rejections.

By making payment, you acknowledge and agree that these fees are charged for services rendered and are not refundable after service delivery.

  1. Buying and Selling on the Marketplace

FARM-LINK MARKET KE provides a platform that allows users to connect, buy, and sell agricultural products. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or availability of products

  • The accuracy of listings

  • That buyers will complete payments or sellers will deliver goods

Users transact at their own risk and are solely responsible for their interactions.

  1. Payments for Marketplace Transactions

Payments for products are handled through agreed payment methods between buyers and sellers or through supported payment gateways. FARM-LINK MARKET KE is not responsible for bank charges, mobile money charges, or third-party transaction fees.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

All shipping, transportation, and delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the seller and buyer. FARM-LINK MARKET KE shall not be held liable for delays, damages, losses, or disputes arising during delivery.

  1. Returns and Refunds for Products

Returns and refunds for products sold on the platform are governed by the individual seller’s policies. FARM-LINK MARKET KE does not process product refunds or returns.

Karibu FARM-LINK MARKET KE! Sheria na Masharti haya yanaeleza kanuni na taratibu za matumizi ya tovuti, jukwaa, na huduma zetu. Kwa kufikia tovuti hii na kutumia huduma zetu, unakubali Sheria na Masharti haya kikamilifu. Ikiwa hukubaliani na sehemu yoyote ya Sheria na Masharti haya, tafadhali usitumie tovuti au huduma zetu.

  1. Ufafanuzi wa Maneno

Katika Sheria na Masharti haya:

“Sisi”, “Yet u”, au “Wetu” inarejelea FARM-LINK MARKET KE.

“Bidhaa” inamaanisha bidhaa za kilimo na bidhaa zinazohusiana nazo zinazoorodheshwa na wanachama kwenye jukwaa.
“Ada ya Usajili” inamaanisha ada ya mara moja ya Shilingi Mia Tatu za Kenya (Ksh 300).
“Ada ya Uandishi wa Proposal” inamaanisha ada ya huduma ya uandishi wa proposal ya Shilingi Mia Tano za Kenya (Ksh 500).

  1. Matumizi ya Tovuti

Unakubali kutumia tovuti yetu kwa madhumuni halali pekee na kwa njia ambayo haiingilii haki za wengine au kuvuruga matumizi ya tovuti na watu wengine. Hairuhusiwi kutumia tovuti kwa njia inayokiuka sheria za kitaifa au kimataifa.

  1. Usajili wa Akaunti

Ili kupata huduma fulani, unaweza kuhitajika kujisajili kama mwanachama. Unakubali kutoa taarifa sahihi, za kweli, na zilizosasishwa wakati wa usajili.

Wewe ndiye mwenye jukumu la kulinda taarifa zako za akaunti na shughuli zote zinazofanyika kupitia akaunti yako. Lazima utujulishe mara moja endapo kuna matumizi yasiyoidhinishwa ya akaunti yako.

  1. Asili ya Huduma na Ufafanuzi Kuhusu Ruzuku (Grants)

FARM-LINK MARKET KE ni jukwaa la kidijitali na huduma ya msaada inayowaunganisha wakulima, wafanyabiashara wa kilimo, na wanachama na:

  • Masoko ya bidhaa za kilimo

  • Mafunzo na taarifa mbalimbali

  • Huduma ya uandishi wa mapendekezo (proposal writing)

  • Fursa za ruzuku zinazotolewa na wahisani, mashirika, au taasisi za nje (third parties)

TAARIFA MUHIMU KUHUSU RUZUKU:

  • FARM-LINK MARKET KE HAITOI ruzuku au fedha moja kwa moja.

  • Tunasaidia tu kuwaunganisha na kuwaelekeza wanachama wanaovutiwa na fursa za ruzuku kutoka kwa wahisani wa nje.

  • Maamuzi ya kukubaliwa au kukataliwa kwa ombi la ruzuku hufanywa na mtoaji wa ruzuku husika, SIO FARM-LINK MARKET KE.

  • Hatuwahakikishii wanachama kupata ruzuku wala kuathiri uamuzi wa wahisani.

  1. Huduma za Ruzuku ni za Hiari

Huduma za msaada wa ruzuku SI za lazima.

  • Ni wanachama wanaopendezwa na ruzuku pekee watakaosaidiwa.

  • Mwanachama anaweza kutumia huduma nyingine zote bila kuomba ruzuku.

  • Huduma zote za ruzuku hutolewa kwa hiari kulingana na mahitaji ya mwanachama.

  1. Ada, Malipo, na Sera ya KUTOREJESHWA kwa Fedha

(a) Ada ya Usajili
Ada ya mara moja ya Ksh 300 inahitajika ili kuamsha uanachama kwenye FARM-LINK MARKET KE.

(b) Ada ya Uandishi wa Proposal
Ada ya Ksh 500 inalipwa na wanachama wanaoomba huduma ya uandishi wa proposal.

(c) Sera ya Kutorejesha Fedha

  • Ada ya usajili ya Ksh 300 HAIREJESHWI mara baada ya akaunti kuanzishwa au huduma kutolewa.

  • Ada ya uandishi wa proposal ya Ksh 500 HAIREJESHWI mara huduma inapoanza, kutolewa, au proposal kushirikiwa na mwanachama.

  • Hakutakuwa na marejesho ya fedha endapo mwanachama hakupata ruzuku kutokana na maamuzi ya wahisani wa nje.

Kwa kufanya malipo, unakubali kwamba ada hizi ni kwa huduma zilizotolewa na hazirejeshwi baada ya huduma kutekelezwa.

  1. Kununua na Kuuza Kwenye Jukwaa

FARM-LINK MARKET KE hutoa jukwaa la kuwaunganisha wanunuzi na wauzaji wa bidhaa za kilimo. Hatuhusiki moja kwa moja kwenye makubaliano ya kibiashara kati ya wanunuzi na wauzaji.

Hatutoi dhamana kuhusu:

  • Ubora, usalama, au uhalali wa bidhaa

  • Usahihi wa taarifa za bidhaa

  • Malipo ya wanunuzi au utoaji wa bidhaa na wauzaji

Miamala yote hufanywa kwa hiari na kwa hatari ya wahusika husika.

  1. Malipo ya Miamala ya Sokoni

Malipo ya bidhaa hufanyika kupitia makubaliano ya wanunuzi na wauzaji au kupitia njia za malipo zilizokubaliwa. FARM-LINK MARKET KE haiwajibiki kwa ada za benki, M-Pesa, au ada nyingine za wahusika wa tatu.

  1. Usafirishaji na Uwasilishaji

Usafirishaji na uwasilishaji wa bidhaa ni jukumu la muuzaji na mnunuzi. FARM-LINK MARKET KE haitawajibika kwa ucheleweshaji, uharibifu, au hasara yoyote itakayojitokeza wakati wa usafirishaji.

  1. Marejesho na Refund za Bidhaa

Marejesho ya bidhaa yanasimamiwa na sera za muuzaji husika. FARM-LINK MARKET KE haisimami wala kushughulikia marejesho ya bidhaa.

  1. Fidia (Indemnification)

Unakubali kuilinda na kuifidia FARM-LINK MARKET KE dhidi ya madai, hasara, au gharama zinazotokana na matumizi yako ya jukwaa au ukiukaji wa Sheria na Masharti haya.

  1. Sheria Inayotumika

Sheria na Masharti haya yatasimamiwa na kufasiriwa kwa mujibu wa sheria za Jamhuri ya Kenya.

  1. Mabadiliko ya Sheria na Masharti

FARM-LINK MARKET KE ina haki ya kubadilisha Sheria na Masharti haya wakati wowote. Mabadiliko yatachapishwa kwenye tovuti yetu na kuendelea kutumia huduma kunamaanisha umekubali mabadiliko hayo.
